A cropped, boxy jacket in Scarlet silk with short sleeves and an open collarless neckline, no closure, made to be worn open. The beadwork is the point: large floral motifs in bugle and seed beads across both front panels and the sleeves, in a red so deep it reads black from across the room. The silk is crisp with a fine crinkle. Over the Scarlet slip kurta and pants it is red on red with one dark accent, for a gathering with a lot of light in the room. Crafted in India from 100% pure silk, with a fluid drape and a natural sheen. Made for the festive season and everything after it.
