Each brand on NEW////COMMON is independent — they pack and ship your order directly from India. We do not hold inventory or handle shipments ourselves.

Times, costs, carriers, and delivery windows are set by each brand and shown at the brand's checkout before you place your order.

Where brands ship

Brands ship to customers across India, the United States, the UK, the UAE, Canada, Singapore, and Germany. Coverage varies by brand — check the brand's checkout to confirm your destination.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled by each brand. The window, accepted condition, return shipping cost, and refund method are the brand's own — check their policy, shown on the product page and again at checkout, before you buy. Made-to-order and atelier pieces are often non-returnable.

How to return

   Contact the brand directly to start the return — they set the address, conditions, and window.

   Once the brand receives and approves it, they process your refund per their policy.
