How it works

Each brand runs its own checkout. When you buy, you are buying from the brand — they take the payment, ship the order, and handle returns and refunds. We introduced you and keep a record of the sale; the brand holds the order and the contract with you.

Who is responsible

The brand you buy from is the seller. They set the price, the description, the sizing, the shipping times, and the return policy. If something arrives wrong or does not arrive, the brand sorts it out. We will help you reach the brand and chase them if they go quiet, and we will refund our own commission if your order is cancelled — but we cannot issue the brand's refund for them.

Returns and made-to-order pieces

Each brand sets its own return policy, shown on the product page and again at checkout. Made-to-order and atelier pieces are often non-returnable — that is named on the product page before you buy.

Editorial content

Our writing and Movement features are there to help you find things, not as a guarantee. We try to keep them accurate.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses from using the site, relying on editorial content, or a purchase from a brand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we will let you know.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For anything about a product you bought, the brand's own terms and chosen law apply — those are on the brand's checkout.
