Brick flower in “Mint pink” Handcrafted colours | 100% Natural Dyes 180 GSM Single Jersey | Organic Cotton Bakr’s unisex tee “Brick Flower” is first hand-printed in iron rust black, prepared through a 45-day fermentation of iron rust and molasses. It is then dyed using an ancient, lost madder dyeing technique we have revived at our workshop. The piece is further hand-painted using myrobalan yellow, olive green derived from myrobalan flower and iron, and grey from iron rust dye. It is then carefully hand-resisted using the traditional Japanese rice paste resist technique, before being over-dyed in our organic honey indigo vat, creating layered tones and natural variations unique to each garment. These can be made in our new OS fits — oversized but more toned and better fitting than the ones we’ve done before. CARE INSTRUCTIONS This garment is hand-printed and hand-dyed in 100% handcrafted natural colours. Like fine wine, it only gets better with age—faint bleeds and effects are part of its character. We recommend hand-washing this garment separately in lukewarm water using mild detergents, or using a delicate machine wash cycle. DO NOT BLEACH / DO NOT EXPOSE TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT OR HEAT
