From the Atelier

A study in natural texture, botanical forms, and considered craftsmanship, the SYLVAN Jacket brings the character of Indian textile traditions into a contemporary silhouette. Crafted from 160 GSM yarn-dyed Khadi , the jacket carries a naturally textured surface that gives depth to every detail. The body features screen-printed botanical artwork in a deep bottle green , designed to rise organically from the hem, complemented by block-printed leaf motifs scattered across the fabric. Varied vertical pleating runs across the front panels and sleeves, creating subtle changes in texture and dimension throughout the garment. Matching elasticated hems and cuffs bring structure to the relaxed silhouette while maintaining ease of movement. The collar is reinterpreted with a distinctive puffer construction , adding volume and definition, and finished with hand-applied blanket stitching for an understated handmade character. A green zipper integrates seamlessly into the botanical palette, while tonal FARDA embroidery adds a discreet signature detail. Rooted in Indian craftsmanship and reinterpreted through contemporary construction, the SYLVAN Jacket is a tactile expression of nature, texture, and FARDA’s design language.
